Our exclusively-designed interface allows you to easily search for, view, and purchase content - and allows you to print out contracts and access invoices with ease.
Each client is provided an exclusive password that provides access to a personal workspace which allows you to carry out detailed searches and access data on: the status of previous searches and requests,
current and expired contracts, purchase history, details on usage rights, and other important information.
Content xp allows you to purchase directly via the Internet, with instant approval and release of media for your immediate use. You can also request the Content xp's research team to carry out a
search for you, by simply filling out the "contact us" online form or sending an e-mail with your request. The results of the search are usually made available within 24 hours and can be accessed
through a special file that is placed in the user's workspace. Customers can then proceed to check prices and make their purchases online - or wait for further results from content that is found
in physical archives available from other sites.
The response time for physical archive searches depends on the item requested and the conditions offered by different suppliers, but, on average, it takes 48 hours to locate images and texts and 72 hours
for videos. The results can be transmitted through our site (for images and texts) or sent in a physical medium (for videos) to any address worldwide. A Content xp consultant oversees the entire process,
and is always available to answer questions and provide help.
